CHANGES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
We know that it might not be as easy for our customers return items at the moment, so we have decided to extend our returns period to 90 days to make this easier. Otherwise, we're doing everything that we can to maintain a business as normal approach for as long as possible, there may inevitably be some delays in our services but at the moment the website is running as normal and we're working closely with our couriers to make sure there's as little disruption to your orders as possible.
We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience, and to thank you for your understanding given the extraordinary circumstances that we're all going through.
We will provide further updates as and when we are able to, but for now please rest assured that we are doing everything that we can to run our business as efficiently, safely and responsibly as possible.
FREE RETURNS TO STOREIf you’ve paid for your online order using a credit/debit card or a DROME gift card, you can return your order to any DROME store for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Please bring the shipment notice you received with your order as this is an essential proof of purchase and will be used to process your exchange/refund. The cardholder and the card you used to pay with will need to be present when the exchange/refund takes place. If you’ve paid for your items via PayPal, these can unfortunately only be returned via post (see above for our postal returns process) and can’t be processed in store.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
You can find our returns policy displayed at till points. It’s also printed on your receipt.
DROME can only refund items that are returned unworn or unused within 14 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached and a valid receipt must be brought as proof as purchase. Underwear and shoecare are not valid for refund.
We are happy to give an exchange or gift card to replace any items returned unworn and unused within 28 days of purchase, providing tags are attached and a valid receipt is provided. Again, underwear and shoecare are not valid for exchange.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as was used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card, as long as the card and cardholder are present when the refund takes place. If not, an exchange will be offered. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take between 5 and 10 days to appear in the account.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
