CHANGES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
We know that it might not be as easy for our customers return items at the moment, so we have decided to extend our returns period to 120 days to make this easier. Otherwise, we're doing everything that we can to maintain a business as normal approach for as long as possible, there may inevitably be some delays in our services but at the moment the website is running as normal and we're working closely with our couriers to make sure there's as little disruption to your orders as possible.
We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience, and to thank you for your understanding given the extraordinary circumstances that we're all going through.
We will provide further updates as and when we are able to, but for now please rest assured that we are doing everything that we can to run our business as efficiently, safely and responsibly as possible.
Refunds will be given at the original purchase price (excluding delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On some rare occasions, refunds may take longer than expected, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. You will receive notification via email once your order has been refunded.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of the returns form and sending everything back by post or returning it to store (providing your replacement product is in stock). If what you purchased originally and the exchange product are different prices, we’ll either refund the difference or get in touch via phone to take the additional payment.
