Xmas Refund/Exchange Policy
This years' returns policy will run from Sunday 28th October to and including Monday 24th December.
DROME will be happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items purchased between these dates if they are returned on or before Saturday 13th January in their original condition (including tags) with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt).
DROME will refund or exchange anything you’ve purchased that you’re not completely happy with, providing it’s returned in an unused, sellable condition within 14 days of purchase.
We do our best to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the items back in our warehouse. Please make sure that you fill out all necessary parts of your returns form before sending it back to us, to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

Refunds will be given at the original purchase price (excluding delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On some rare occasions, refunds may take longer than expected, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. You will receive notification via email once your order has been refunded.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of the returns form and sending everything back by post or returning it to store (providing your replacement product is in stock). If what you purchased originally and the exchange product are different prices, we’ll either refund the difference or get in touch via phone to take the additional payment.
