Returns & Refunds
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
This year’s returns policy will run from Sunday 27th October, up to and including Tuesday 24th December.
Drome will be happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items purchased between these dates if they are returned on or before Sunday 12th January in their original condition (including tags) with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt).
Please note; The normal 14 day returns policy will re-commence from Thursday 26th December.
Refunds will be given at the original purchase price (excluding delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On some rare occasions, refunds may take longer than expected, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. You will receive notification via email once your order has been refunded.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of the returns form and sending everything back by post or returning it to store (providing your replacement product is in stock). If what you purchased originally and the exchange product are different prices, we’ll either refund the difference or get in touch via phone to take the additional payment.
