DROME will refund or exchange anything you’ve purchased that you’re not completely happy with, providing it’s returned in an unused, sellable condition within 14 days of purchase.
We do our best to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the items back in our warehouse. Please make sure that you fill out all necessary parts of your returns form before sending it back to us, to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

Returning by CollectPlus
If you can’t get to a Post Office, you can also return your order using our CollectPlus service.
CollectPlus is a quick, convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centers. Just fill in the pre-paid returns label inside your parcel (or download one here), remove any outgoing delivery labels and drop off your items at your local CollectPlus location. You’ll be given a receipt and tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your parcel here.
Returning an item via CollectPlus costs £2.50. You won’t have to pay CollectPlus to return the parcel, but £2.50 will be deducted from your refund. If you’re returning a faulty item/for an exchange, don’t worry! You won’t be charged a thing.
Find your closest dropoff point using the store locator. CollectPlus can’t accept any responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus label.
Return your order at Asda using their toyou service
You can return your order at over 600 Asda locations using the toyou service. Attach the toyou label included in your parcel (download one here or print in store) and take it into your most convenient Asda location. toyou will do the rest!
Once you’ve handed in your return, you’ll get a receipt which you can use to track the progress of your parcel on the toyou website.
Returning by post
Returning by post is simple. Just fill out the returns form you received with your order and send everything back to us via your local post office. Make sure to keep the receipt that the post office give to you, as this is your proof of postage. Package your items securely and label them properly to ensure they get back to us safely. For footwear returns, do not attach the returns label or anything else (including sticky tape) to the footwear box itself or we will be unable to accept your return.
FREE Returns to Store
If you’ve paid for your online order using a credit/debit card or a DROME gift card, you can return your order to any DROME store for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Please bring the shipment notice you received with your order as this is an essential proof of purchase and will be used to process your exchange/refund. The cardholder and the card you used to pay with will need to be present when the exchange/refund takes place. If you’ve paid for your items via PayPal, these can unfortunately only be returned via post (see above for our postal returns process) and can’t be processed in store.
Please return your items using the label attached to the returns form. It costs £2.50 to make a return. This won’t be charged to you at the post office, but will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you’re returning a faulty item or returning for exchange, which is free to do). If you choose to use any returns method other than the one described, you will be liable for any costs incurred.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Refunds will be given at the original purchase price (excluding delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On some rare occasions, refunds may take longer than expected, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. You will receive notification via email once your order has been refunded.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of the returns form and sending everything back by post or returning it to store (providing your replacement product is in stock). If what you purchased originally and the exchange product are different prices, we’ll either refund the difference or get in touch via phone to take the additional payment.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
You can find our returns policy displayed at till points. It’s also printed on your receipt.
DROME can only refund items that are returned unworn or unused within 14 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached and a valid receipt must be brought as proof as purchase. Underwear and shoecare are not valid for refund.
We are happy to give an exchange or gift card to replace any items returned unworn and unused within 28 days of purchase, providing tags are attached and a valid receipt is provided. Again, underwear and shoecare are not valid for exchange.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as was used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card, as long as the card and cardholder are present when the refund takes place. If not, an exchange will be offered. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take between 5 and 10 days to appear in the account.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
